Anyone know of any churches on Long Island, NY that will help my fiance and I have a place to live asap?

We are homeless and in major need of a place very soon. We have tried everything. Dss denied money and food stamps to us. I have a part time job at petsmart but only make 8 an hour and work 2to3 days a week. We have been looing for jobs. We need a place to live anyday now. We can barely eat and pay our cell phone bills and storage bill. Its ridiculous. I have no family. My dad is mentally ill and lives in a senior community. We have tried help from friends, but nothing. We need a safe and good place to live and get money help that gives necessities. Food, shower, place to be for awhile, etc. We have been to a shelter where they split us, we couldnt deal with the conditions which most shelters are terrible. We are hoping someone or a church will help us with a very cheap room or apartment share or something. We are very hardworking and loving people. We want to be together and be happy. Being homeless is the worst feeling in the world. I cry almost everynight. I can barely eat. I get sick from the stress of worrying about no living quarters. Please help us. Church, good shelters, rooms or something?? We are currently in the area of Bellmore, NY. 11710
