No, unless it could cause harm to the child, like old dog poop all over the place or broken glass bottle, but some toys and spills, no, no judge in the world would take away the kids for that. I would just invite them over and show them that I have nothing to hide, I guarantee that they will take a step inside the door, laugh at whoever reported you, and walk right back out. Its a huge tough process just to get kids out of the house for abuse or neglect, they arent going to do anything about a few messes as long as the child isnt in danger because of them.
