EBay dispute, do u think the seller could wriggle out of it?

I think you have a very good chance of ebay ruling in your favor, especially since he admitted that the information in his listing was wrong. If you paid with Paypal you can also open a dispute with them, but you should proabably wait until you hear back from ebay. Good luck!
