Getting Too Comfortable To Propose?

All you can do is sit down and explain where you're coming from. Remind him of your agreement and of your wants. Let him know that you aren't happy with just living together because you obviously aren't. See where it goes from there. If he still doesn't make a move to propose, consider moving out.
