Your old team is really good. Ok, Seismitoad is an okay poke with lowish-decent stats. You ecould replace mud shot since its not that good with Rain Dance, especially if u have swift swim. Zweilous, once it evolves at 64, you should replace Crunch-Fire Blast, Body Slam-Focus Blast, lol I copied what's his name. Work up you can keep or use Surf. Dark Pulse if you don't mind breeding all over again. Explosion on Ferrothorn. You should relearn Curse, since its Base speed is only 20. Relearn Gyro Ball bc it would be beast on Ferrothorn, over Iron Head since you won't be flinching. Payback is good too. You could wait until Lampent gets the moves I say or use the TMs. 2 sets for Chandelure: Hex, WOW, Flame Burst/Flamethrower, Psychic or i use Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Psychic, Energy Ball. Inferno isn't recommended. I don't really now much about Sawk, but check Smogon for some good sets. Simisage, Vanilluxe, Victini, Swoobat, Simisear, Emolga have low stats, and Victini is just plain. Genesect isn't released yet. The others are good, as well as Elektross, Escavalier, Accelgor. My Battling team is Hydreigon, Landorus, Chandelure, Eelektross, Escavalier, and Ferrothron.
