Yes, definitely! l always used to eat junk food and l mean ALWAYS but since l've been going to the gym, drinking 2 litres of water a day and eating lots of fruit and veg - my skin has improved dramatically (l used to have acne), l sleep better, my hair is shinier, and l have loads more energy. Honestly, change your habits; eat fruit, drink lots of water and your wellbeing as well as your skin and hair will improve, l promise you!
